Preliminary Selection Committee

The Preliminary Selection Committee comprising distinguished opera singers, vocal coaches and university instructors will study the applications and the Applicants’ recordings. They will make recommendations to the International Jury. The Jury will select 24 Applicants to be invited to take part in the Semi-Final Round.
